Preheat oven to 400 degrees 2. Prepare Bread mixture: 1 cup bread crumbs, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper. Mix with spoon. Spread evenly on a plate. 3. Prepare egg mixture. Break 2 eggs onto separate plate. Add a little salt and pepper for taste. Scramble the eggs with a fork. (could add some hot sauce for a little heat). 4. Place 1/4 to 1/2 cup olive oil into a non-stick skillet. You want about 1/4 inch depth on bottom, so add oil according to the size of your pan. Start heating oil on Med-High. 5. Begin preparing meat.
